    Hi,

I seem to have lost the WooCommerce styling for my website.

I’ve tried various things like switching themes, deleting elementor and reinstalling the plugin, disabling other plugins, Regenerate CSS, clearing cache etc but nothing seems to get me back to the way it looked before.

I should be running up to date versions of plugins, WP, PHP, etc. The theme is Astra (but this issue is present on Ocean).

I did have an issue where the SSL was causing elementor not to load, but that has been resolved. Could the CSS (if it is even CSS!) issue be due to the SSL?

I’d appreciate any help the community can provide.

    Thanks

Hi @jeremiah01292, thanks for that. My site is hosted with 1and1 and I reissued the SSL but I was still seeing an issue with the CSS.

However, I installed the Live HTTP Headers Chrome extension and could see that the CSS assets were not being loaded (403 error). I then discovered that my themes folder permission was set to 750 and not the recommended 755!

Everything is back to normal now.

Hope this can help someone else ??

    ichristaylor,

That is a funny one. I recently banged my head over a ftp drop off of a .htaccess with the wrong file permissions due to storage on onedrive and moving to a linux machine.
Glad ya got it nailed down
