I tried to take a look at this field issue on your site, but it looks like you have deactivated the Stripe plugin.
Issues such as this are generally caused by a theme conflict, often with themes that are using template overrides for the checkout page. Could you go to **WooCommerce > Status** and find the
You can also do a quick test for this by activating a default theme such as Storefront, reactivating Stripe, and checking to see if you’re still seeing the field issue. If all looks as expected, then this is some kind of theme conflict.
2) When the payment goes through it takes nearly a minute for the screen to go from paying to checkout complete.
This is definitely unusual – we wouldn’t expect checkout to take this long via Stripe.
It sounds like this also might be caused by some kind of conflict. To test this, I’d recommend:
1. Deactivating everything except for WooCommerce & Stripe
2. Activating a default theme such as Storefront
3. Testing again to see if checkout is faster
