    We are using woocommerce with the WooCommerce Stripe Gateway plugin, I am unable to process a transaction at checkout.

    woocommerce is sending me an automatic failed order attempt.

    I’ve reached out to Stripe for them to verify and they’ve confirmed no logs nor failed payments on their end.

    Can someone assist ?

    Thank you for contacting Woo support.

    To confirm, you are facing an issue where you are unable to complete the checkout process as a customer. Is my understanding correct?

    To help you further, could you share a screenshot of the error you are seeing?
    Also, share the URL of your website so I can check it from my end.

    Lastly, go to Advanced Settings and check the “Log error messages”.
    After these steps, perform a transaction to log an entry.
    You can find error logs under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs.

    If you find any logs about Stripe, share them with me.
