    Hi there! Could you please describe a little bit more about what is happening? What kind of order notes are you seeing within the failed orders? Do you have the plugin in live or staging mode?

    Also, please include a copy of your WooCommerce System Status report with your reply.

    Those will be the notes that are usually on the right of the screen when you view or edit an order.

    As for the System Status Report, you can find that under WooCommerce > Status.
