Can you please go to WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > Stripe > Settings > Payments & transactions and share a screenshot of what you see? I recommend using https://snipboard.io. You can share the direct link to the image as a response to this topic.

Please also share a screenshot of WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > Stripe > Settings >Account details.

Can you please share a screenshot of the order notes on one of those? Please remove any sensitive information before sharing it here.

the statuses in the WooCommerce store do not update automatically. My status is still on hold (awaiting payment). I have to manually click Done

As the WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway plugin is currently configured, it is set to Authorize and Capture.

Our suggestion is that you?leave authorize and capture disabled?unless you have a very specific and well-justified use case in mind. If you do need or want to enable it, please read the entirety of this document beforehand!

As it appears, your site’s needs are to go ahead with charging immediately, when an order is placed, therefore, feel free to go ahead with unchecking the Authorize and Capture option, found in the Payments & transactions section of the plugin’s settings.
