WooCommerce Stripe Gateway “Title” and “Description” not visible in settings

    In WooCommerce settings, the “Title” and “Description” not visible in settings I tried deactivating and reactivating the plugin. Also deleted, reinstalled and activated it again. I want to change the title and the descrption I want to change the title but I don’t know how to do it.
    I also tried deactivating all my other plugins to see if they were an issue.
    I am currently building my site using a Flatsome custom theme. I also tried deactivating Flatsome theme and I activeted the Storefront theme.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Same thing here – and I have (as others) reported in a past post.

    Even today there was an update, but the problem persists. If you click on the ‘settings’ link from the plugins page, it will take you to the stripe settings page, however it is blank.

    Just an update to this issue….

    I am not sure why, I did not update any plugins what so ever, but the Stripe option this morning was suddenly appearing in the settings.

    What is weird is that up till yesterday, on the payments setting page I could see an option asking to enable the new WooCommerce Payments option (but no Stripe option showing in the list). This morning, the Stripe options have reappeared but the option asking to enable WooCommerce payments is no longer showing.

    And all this without any updates being applied to the site. Is there something remote going on here?

    Hi @streamworksaudio,

    I’m glad to hear you can access the fields again but it’s a bit unexpected for this to happen without any changes. The title and description fields should be available in WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > Stripe. There is now a tabbed settings panel here so it’s necessary to click on Settings at the top just in case anyone has trouble finding this.

    If it does disappear or you have any trouble, please let us know.
