  • Hello,

Is your store notice enabled in Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Store Notice? If it’s enabled, but not showing up on the frontend, your theme or another plugin may be overring it. To determine what’s causing the issue, please temporarily switch your theme back to Storefront and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce. If that resolves the issue, then re-enable plugins one-by-one until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.

You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

    Hi @maykato

When I disabled my child theme problem disappeared, but what should I do next?

    Hi @darekd

When I disabled my child theme problem disappeared

That indicates that some code in the child theme is in conflict due to which the Woo Commerce store notice is prevented from being visible on the home page.

If you are unable to figure out the conflicting lines of code you can reach out to someone on our customizations page for assistance with the required customization.

    Thanks
