    Hello

    1) What is the best way to allow a specific Shop Manager to access a specific Plugin in WordPress ? There are many plugin out with user manager roles but nothing found that match this simple need.

    2) Second issue is also that shop managers are not able to create a new user.

    Hey there!

    For #1, I assume you are referring to the settings for a plugin.

    This answer ties into #2 so I will answer them both at once.

    The role Shop Manager is very specific and does not allow the users to manage anything relating to the site itself, including plugins, users, etc.

    You will need to customize the role using a plugin (User Role Editor) or code to make this happen. With the plugin, you can give them access to customers, but you will need custom code to make your #1 happen, as that’s very granular and specific to your site.
