woocommerce stock is updated 2 times

Hello to everybody, I am experiencing a problem related to the management of the stocks in the individual product variations: When an order is placed, for example two pieces, the system downloads two pieces from inventory and after PayPal payment other 2 pieces are download for a total of 4 download from stock instead of 2 pieces actually purchased. See this screenshot. All tips are welcome. Thanks
