After restoring a backup yesterday, Woocommerce is not updating the Status area on my dashboard

It isn’t immediately clear which area of the dashboard you are referring to.

As per the screenshot you have shared, are you perhaps referring to a Status related to the Analytify plugin? (below is the screenshot you have shared):

If so, kindly note that this forum is dedicated to support related to WooCommerce core, and support for third-party plugins is beyond the scope of support we are able to provide here.

I recommend reaching out to the developers of the Analytify plugin for further help with this. Here is a direct link to their dedicated forums.

On the other hand, if I misinterpret your concern in any way, please can you share additional clarity on the exact issue you are experiencing and perhaps a more detailed screenshot so that we can have a better understanding of what you are seeing on your end.

The issue is ongoing. Now there has been a new order and it added weel. Just the orders from Jan. 14th until the 24th do not show.

Now, since a custom date range cannot be specified at the WooCommerce Status dashboard widget, could you elaborate further as to where you ar enot able to see the orders between January 14th until the 24th, please? A screenshot of that screen would be super helpful.

Thanks for getting back in touch.
The issue was that there had been an order placed after Jan, 14th that was not calculated in the status amount.
I had to restore a backup on JAN, 24TH that had been made on the 14th, and for whatever reason, the order was not added in.
Now, since it’s a new month and starting at 0, I’ll keep track to be sure things a working well again.
