WooCommerce State Selection not working

  • Customers trying to enter State information at checkout get no dropdown menu option.

    If customers click “calculate shipping” before going to checkout the dropdown menu works.

    Is there a fix to avoid having to click “calculate shipping?” shipping is included in the cost so it’s not necessary.
