    I’ve sent an Email several days ago to your support team but haven’t got any response yet. Hopefully someone can give me an answer here:

    In the video, you can see that 
    1) I have made sure the sync setting is “square”

    2) I created a new item in square, and then I also created a new product in woocommerce, and I’ve made sure they have the same SKU

    3) On manual sync screen, the new product is recognized to be synced. However, none of the product’s name, description or price is actually synced.

    Could you please provide us with your ticket number so we can confirm if it arrived in our system?

    Sorry they did reply to me on 8/8 and I missed it. The ticket number is 6599884. I have resumed the ticket by replying to their email. Thanks for your help.
