Woocommerce Square Error

Hey @jaeblain,

Are you running into any problems with using the plugin? Typically PHP warnings like these will allow the site to still work.

Looking at the warnings, I noticed the file path in the warning didn’t quite match what I see when I look at the files in my code editor. The /admin/ directory should be /Admin/. Here’s a screenshot to show you what I mean.

Could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here.

Thanks for sending that. I’ve gone on and opened up a bug report about this with our developers so they can take a look at this. It does appear that the case sensitivity here is causing the trouble.

Done! I got a positive response that it has been submitted, but no reference number. Hopefully it has gone as I have not got an email confirmation either?

There have also been failed transaction occurring over the last days. Could these errors be related to the failed transactions?
