Woocommerce square credit card input box not showing up

    I am currently having trouble of setting up the Woocommerce Square. the credit card input box doesn’t show up. I don’t know if my setup is correct or might be incorrect that’s why it wont show up? or is there a reasons why the input box didn’t show up? can anyone help me with this issue?

    Hi @aloveyu,

    Are you following the setup instructions here?

    If you have followed the instructions correctly, then do switch your theme to the Storefront theme and check if you still have the issue. If you still have issues please do troubleshooting by following the guide here.

    Do keep us posted on how this troubleshooting works out for you.

    Hi @simplysaru thank you for your time. yes, I followed the instructions. but still the result is the same. the credit card input filled did not show up. is it because I am using my own custom checkout.php page?

    Hi @aloveyu ,

    It’s possible that the custom code you have added is causing the issue. You can quickly switch the theme to Storefront theme and check if the forms work correctly. If you do see the form correctly, then the issue is coming from the custom checkout page you have created.

    Hi there. the input field of credit card is suddenly disappeared again. what should I do in this kind of bug? is this the square side problem? a woocommerce side problem? or in my code problem? help me to figure it out. thanks in advance

    Hey @aloveyu,

    Does this happen when only WooCommerce and Square are active and the site is using the Storefront theme?

    If it doesn’t, then that lets us know this is an issue with the theme or another plugin. Activate the theme and try again. If it still works, then start activating the plugins one by one, testing as you go. The last one activated before the field disappears is likely the source of the trouble.

    If it still happens with only WooCommerce, Square, and Storefront active, then please send over the URL to your site so we can take a look.

    Hi @aloveyu,

    Could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here.

    We’d like to be able to take a look at your checkout page to see if we can spot the source of the trouble.
