    Hello colleagues,

Currently, we have WP Mail SMTP by WPForms setup with Office 365 on our website and works well, without any issues, however, our site uses mail@ to send out notifications, form entries (Gravity Forms) etc, while we have our WooCommerce store setup with invoices, orders, and so on as store@

Our issue is that even thus mail@ works well, we do not receive anything related to WooCommerce since it is associated with a different e-mail.

My question is, there is any possibility to add another e-mail to the setup in order for mail@ to dispatch messages related to our editorial staff, while store@ is only associate with our sales team?

    Thank you in advance.

  • Hi @alexdeborba,

Office 365 currently does not allow custom ‘From Email’. The one you used while setting up SMTP should be sending the emails to ensure the email delivery. To send emails from different domain-specific emails such as [email protected], [email protected], I would recommend using mailers such as Pepipost, Sendinblue, etc. These requires your domain verification instead of authorizing your mailbox and emails can be sent from any @youdomain.com emails.

    I hope this helps!

Hi @alexdeborba – We haven’t heard from you in about a week, so I’m going to go ahead and mark this ticket resolved. If you still have questions, though, please feel welcome to continue the conversation.
