WooCommerce Site // Download all products? // Edit all products in 1 go?

Dear all, I have a WooCommerce site with around 200 products – tshirts

How do I download/export all the products in a possible excel sheet? all the products with their information like size price name etc etc?

Also –

I want to do a 3-day special, so meaning – all prices today are 20, then tomorrow all products are 15 and then day after, all products are 10

Is there a way to easily do this on WooCommerce or how can I do this?
