Woocommerce Simple Delivery Option

We were a retail store that sells physical therapy equipment, massage supplies and certain medical-related items. Our store is just recently online only, but we want to offer delivery within 2 business days of an order being placed. We need to be able to set a $10 fee for orders under $75 and free deliveries for orders over $75. Also, we need to be able to allow the customer to select “Delivery” using the postal code so we know we can deliver to them and they’re not too far away. And the shipping options still need to be available for people outside of our area.
It looks like most of these delivery plugins are designed for restaurants, with open hours and closing hours and options to request same day delivery or next day. We need something much simpler. We don’t want the customer to pick a time for delivery – we’ll call and coordinate with the customer what times works for everyone since this is a small business and delivery times will vary. Does anyone know of a plugin that can handle the couple of things we need? Thanks in advance!

First off, you need to set up a Shipping Zone for the local delivery postal codes: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/setting-up-shipping-zones/
Make sure it is at the top of the list of Zones so it triggers first.
In this Zone have the following:
1: Flat Rate Shipping set to $10 – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/flat-rate-shipping/
2: Free Delivery with Minimum set to $75- https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/free-shipping/If you want to hide the Flat Rate option if Free Shipping is available you will need a bit of code: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/hide-other-shipping-methods-when-free-shipping-is-available/
