In this webshop the prices should always end in .0 or .5. For some visitors to the website, he lets prices be random prices that have not been rounded. I personally think that this has something to do with the VAT that is in the webshop.

Has anyone had experience with this? I’ve been running into this for a while

  • Hello there,

It looks like a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
    ?
You can perform the following actions:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

    Thanks.

    Hi,

    Thank you for your response!

I always see the price right with me. It is an online store that is a market leader. It’s really not doable to disable everything and then wait for the problem to occur.

Putting the website on a staging is also difficult because I don’t see the problem. It’s just the customers.

Do you perhaps have another option?

    Thanks for the effort!`

    Hi @jasperinterly!

I checked your site, and it seems you are displaying prices, including TAX (VAT).

Could you confirm if the Rounding option is enabled? You can check this in WooCommerce > Settings > Tax.

If that doesn’t work and you can’t perform the conflict test on your live site, we recommend creating a staging site using the WP Staging plugin.

Let us know how it goes for you!

    Hi!

    Thanks for your quick response!
The option was disabled, I have now enabled it.

I’ll keep an eye on it from now on to see if this resolved the issue. If not, I’ll try it with the staging plugin.

Thanks a lot for your help!
