Woocommerce showing different url instead of the thank you page

I understand that when an order is placed on your site, you are redirected to a 404 Page Not Found error, correct? Deactivating Elementor Pro redirected you to the Thank You page, however, it is blank, right?

By default, when an order is placed on a WooCommerce site, customers will be redirected to the Order Received/Thank You page having a URL similar to this format: https://yoursite.com/checkout/order-received/5526/?key=wc_order_5VyG2mYMBVsPe

You can check under WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > Checkout endpoints that the Order Received page has the order-received endpoint:

Now, it seems that your issue here is being caused by your theme or a third-party plugin present on your site.

Can you please try to switch to the default Storefront theme and only WooCommerce plugin is enabled and see if this works?

If so, then this kind of problem is usually caused by your theme or a third-party plugin present on your site. We can run a conflict test to verify this. I’d recommend cloning your site to a staging environment and performing the tests described on this guide without modifying your live site or impacting customers. Many hosts provide staging facilities, so it’s worth checking in with them. It’s also possible to do it using the free WP Staging plugin.

If this was caused by a third-party plugin present on your site, it would be best to reach out to the developers for further assistance here.

Thanks for replying back.

It is the Elementor Pro that is causing the issue. Support also says I have to reach to woocommerce. This is their advice:
“After checking your site and checking the functions of the feature. It seems the setup of “Thank you” couldn’t read after checkout. This could be the code conflict from Woocommerce.”
