woocommerce show featured image on variation

Hey there,

I’m not entirely sure what you’re looking for. When you choose a variation, the variation image updates and the other images are still displayed.

Here’s an example of switching variations:

The images that are showing up next to the selected variation are coming from the product gallery:

If you don’t want them to show up, then you can choose not to add images to the gallery.

thanks for your answer. Yes, I understand this is how the product gallery normally works. The problem is that I don’t want to show the other thumbnails when a variation is selected, only the the image of the variation.
