When I install the updated version of Woocommerce onto my website, it shows the error: “There has been a critical error on your website.”. Is there any way to fix this? When I deactivate the plugin, the error goes away.

    Hi there!

It might be a conflict between a plugin with the new WooCommerce version that prevents WooCommerce from working properly. To test, you can follow the steps in this documentation: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

It’s my theme. But, I’m currently running the latest version. My theme isn’t compatible with Woocommerce. And I don’t know how long it will take for the company to update the theme or for someone to update Woocommerce to work with Divi.

I would do it myself but I have no idea what the issue is.

I don’t want to use another theme, either. I’m pretty sold on using Divi for my projects.

@onyxspyder Were you able to get an updated version of Divi to use? Typically Elegant Themes does a good job at keeping up to date and fixing any errors like this that show up.
