    1. If the WooCommerce Short Product Description is used in SEO rankings or not on products?
    2. What the recommended length is for the WooCommerce Short Product Description?

    • The WooCommerce short product description also appears on the individual products page. This means if you can write attractive products short description, it will be used in SEO rankings.
    • While we’re unable to recommend any specific product short description length, we suggest you please make the product shop description short but also make sure that the description makes sense to the visitors.

    There’s really no ‘this number is right’ in this. It depends on what Google adds to your search result and how much they want to show. If you’re using the Yoast WooCommerce SEO plugin, it has a feature that lets you do a length-test for the products short description. It gives a soft error when a short description is too long.
