A week ago our shop page went blank and it is not showing products nor any element we have added in the page.
We have tried all the things we can to solve the problem, use a default theme, deactivate all the plugins and look for an incompatibility, update plugins and WordPress, try older versions of the plugin, change the shop page from WooCommerce settings, scan the page looking for malware, …
    Still the problem remains.
The problem started some days after we started using the plugin WooLabel, which we already eliminated, but the problem didn’t disappear.
Now we changed the page we show the users so they can keep using the shop and added a redirection, but we would like to know the reason of the problem and how to solve it correctly.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi,

When inspecting the page in the console errors section, I can see the following:

To clarify, did you switch the site’s theme temporarily to Storefront to see if the issue persists after that?

    If you navigate to:
WP Dashboard > Settings > permalinks.
And do a click on Save twice. Does the issue persist?

Let us know what you find.

    Hi,

I tried both things, but the permalink didn’t do anything, and the theme didn’t show the products either. It also didn’t show most of the elements correctly (menu and sidebar were showing every element in a 100% width.

    Hi @ultralab ,

Hmm, this is indeed very strange behavior!

Are you perhaps using any customization on your site, for example through custom codes, if so, please temporarily disable these and see if that helps.

Additionally, please can you can navigate to?WooCommerce?→?Status?→?Tools?and do the following to see if it makes any difference:

    • Clear WooCommerce transients
    • Clear expired transients
    • Recount terms
    • Regenerate Product lookup tables
    • Regenerate shop thumbnails

Also, you can perform a database cleanup, using plugins like?WP Sweep?or?WP Optimize, and see if this makes any difference.

I see in your Status report that you already have?Jetpack installed and active on your site. Please ensure that you have a good?backup?of your?full site and database?in place before doing any of the above troubleshooting steps.

If something goes wrong, it’s nice to know that you can restore your site.

Let us know how this goes!
