I can offer two ways forward.

You could deactivate all your plugins except WooCommerce. Your product page should work now? Then reactivate your plugins one by one and check to try to identify which plugin is causing the issue.

Alternatively, hide one of the images with this custom css:

.product-inner img.attachment-woocommerce_thumbnail {
  display: none;
}

I don’t really know CSS; how and where do I enter this info?

Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS

If it doesn’t work, you may need to clear your cache and your browser cache. If it still doesn’t work, leave it in and come back here.

Thank you for sharing the system status report! I’ve checked your site again, and it looks like the issue is caused by OceanWP. Could you try disabling it and switching to a default theme like Storefront to see if the issue persists?

it does fix it but the website looks all weird without the theme that was used to build it
