Sure, I asked them first and they found out for me it was the fancybox plugin. Here’s a test page with the plugin enabled: https://www.eguide.lu/shop/
i have disabled all the other plugins and the one that fixed it was by disabling the fancybox.

OK from the errors in console I see that there is another FancyBox script running. It’s probably coming from your theme but I cannot be sure because Autoptimize is mashing all scripts into one file.

Is there an option in your theme to disable the included FancyBox or light box feature?

pro-tip; you can disable Autoptimize on a per-request basis by adding ?ao_noptimize=1 to the URL ??

OK yes that shows the second FancyBox script is provided by your theme. If there is no option to exclude the script, then Easy FancyBox is not compatible with this theme. Sorry.
