Woocommerce shop page breaks after selecting the shop page

    Hi, I have made my shop page with elementor, it looks good and everything is fine. When I selected the page to be my Shop page it breaks the page, see image: https://ibb.co/F3r8VPr

    I’m also not able to edit the page anymore, because Elementor keeps loading and then just says it can’t load the page. If I remove the page again from ‘shop page’ option. I can edit again and the page looks normal again.

    Why is this happening?

    Hi there @basleroy, thanks for reaching out!

    From the shared description, it seems like there might be a conflict between WooCommerce and Elementor. When you set your page as the Shop page, WooCommerce applies its own templates and overrides the Elementor settings, which could be causing this issue.

    So that we can have a better understanding of your site setup, could you please share with us your system status report. You can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.

    Thank you for your reply and for providing System Status Report.

    I have reviewed the SSR and everything appears to be fine there.
    However, I will recommend deactivating all the cache plugins while we troubleshoot this issue.

    By looking at your screenshot, it appears Elementor is not working at all on your Shop page. As if it was deactivated.

    I will recommend contacting Elementor Support for further insights about the issue. They might be able to find the reason why their plugin is not functioning on the Shop page.

    Please let me know about the response from Elementor.
