WooCommerce Shop not displaying

Thanks for coming back to me, hopefully you’ll be able to help.

I’ve just installed the plugin as normal (as we have done on other sites in the past) but the shop page seems to be using a default template rather than a woocommerce one.

I tried making a page-shop.php and adding the [products] shortcode but it only gives a list of products with none of the css styling etc. Not entirely sure why that is.

As we move forward in troubleshooting this, could you please also share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
