Woocommerce Shipping Zones

Hi, I have recently tried adding a new postcode to the Zone Regions within Woocommerce>Shipping Zones
I currently have a long list of postcodes, which have all been working fine. Basically when someone orders on the website they have two options – Delivery or Collection. The delivery option is only available to them if they are within 2 miles of a specified location, the system reads the postcode they eneter at the checkout and if it is in the list (Zone Regions) they will have the option to select ‘Delivery’, if it is not in the list they only see the ‘Collection’ option.
I have recently tried adding a new postcode to the list and when saving the changes the cart page only displays ‘Collection’ as an option even if the postcode matches one in the Zone Regions list (e.g. EN10 7QL). I then removed the newly added postcode but it appears to only show collection as an option still.
I restored the site from a previous backup and the issue was resolved so I tried adding the postcode again but the error came back.
I would be grateful if you can offer any advice on this issue.
