Woocommerce shipping recommendations

Setting up a woocommerce gift shop store and need some recommendations on how to set up a few different shipping options.

All items that have fruit will not be eligible for shipping
All baskets will need usps first class 2 day shipping price by weight and size +$5 and if an extra item that is not a basket is added +$5
All other items will have a flat rate of $15 shipping on the entire order

Local Delivery needs to be:
ordered 24 hrs prior to delivery
0-11 miles $10
11-21 miles $15
21-26 miles $20

I have local pickup already set up but I just need some recommendations/plugin recommendations for the rest.
