WooCommerce Shipping Options Not displaying

Hi –

I have been searching and can’t find an answer to my problem. I current have two zones set up … All of the US and then local zip codes (from 45402-45459) in case someone wants to pick up from my location.

If I move Local Pickup to my first option, it give people in this zone ONLY the option to pick up. If I move all of the US to the first position, it ONLY shows them the 12.00 flat rate (I will be changing that once it actually works!)

I don’t know what I am doing wrong on this. My site is totally active yet as I am just getting back into making and selling products so you won’t actually be able to check out.

I know I don’t have payments set up yet but that is not where I am having the problem.
