WooCommerce Shipping Not Working With This Theme

    I am using WooCommerce Purolator Webservice Method plugin for shipping. It works fine on other themes but not on evolve+ Child.

    My country is selected by IP address but it doesn’t retain my province or postal code after I click to Update Totals, and for Shipping it says “there are no shipping methods available. Please ensure that your address has been entered correctly, or contact us if you need any help”.

    This is a screenshot of the shipping box using GeneratePress theme. You can see it works just fine.

    This is a screenshot of the shipping box using evolve+ theme. You can see that it doesn’t work at all.

    Please note that I have also tried it with Canada Post shipping plugin with exactly the same results. It works on other themes but not on evolve+

    I think that WooCommerce Purolator Webservice Method plugin is the premium plugin so Evolve theme not support this plugin.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes pre-sales topics like this one.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums.

    Thank you. I have found too many problems like this with the evolve plus theme. I have gone back to GeneratePress and all is working perfectly now.
