    Hi there,

    Initially i relaized any changes i made to shipping zones were not being replicated on the checkout or cart page, then I decided to put a flat rate under ‘Locations not covered by your other zones’, that updated but then I removed it and the rate has continued to show ever since. I then decided to hide shipping calculation until address has been entered but the flat rate from the locations not covered by other zones still shows.
    I have played around in the settings with geolocation, sell to all countries, I have cleared the caches, gone to the tools in system status and cleared the caches and sessions and still nothing is able to update it. Please help.

    Hi there,

    If you get the shipping method from “Locations not covered by your other zones”, then it sounds like your other zones are not set up properly.

    I suggest reviewing “Adding a new zone” from the docs, stepping through the instructions whilst creating a new zone. Here’s the link to that section:

    If that still doesn’t work, please include at least 2 screenshots that shows info similar to the examples below:

    1. WP Admin ? WooCommerce ? Settings ? Shipping

    2. Click edit on one of your non-working shipping zones, and show the settings like so:

    You can upload the screenshot to your media library and share the link with us, or you can use a service like Droplr (https://droplr.com/) or CloudApp (https://www.getcloudapp.com/) to share the image file.

    My normal zones were set up before I tried adding “Locations not covered by your other zones”, then I removed the “Locations not covered by your other zones”, and the rate that was showing for it is what is showing at the moment

    If you need more help with this, please include the screenshots as suggested above in order to show your settings.

    Meanwhile, I see your checkout page is missing both a State/Province and Postcode input field. If you’re removing those fields by way of a plugin or custom code, I suggested you disable it to check if it works without it.

    Alternatively, you can also test your setup with a theme like Storefront, to see if your checkout woes are related to the theme. If you want to take that a step further, you can do a full-on conflict test to get to the bottom of it.

    Hi,

    Shipping zone is set to India but all zip codes are showing this message ‘ There are no shipping options available. Please ensure that your address has been entered correctly, or contact us if you need any help.’.

    We tried deactivating other shipping plugins to detect the problem but it persisted even when the plugins were deleted. Please help.
