Woocommerce Shipping not working

  • Spocket products are not working with woocommerce shipping or shipping classes. It says no shipping options found. All products in my store work with woocommerce except spocket products specifically. Is there a reason why even “free shipping” isn’t working with woocommerce, and your plugin? Is there a way to fix this?

  • Hi, how did you install it? I always get “Woocommerce is not installed” when I try to activate the plugin or reactivate. You say something about “Free shipping”. I didn’t know that yet!

    Why can’t I submit a new topic?

    @spocketsupport, sorry I don’t get the plugin activated. It always says “You must first install Woocommerce”. I also have (now desactivated for Spocket plugin) Doubridge plugin with which I don’t have all those problems.

    Even since the latest version about which they say a programming problem is solved, I get the same message when I try to activate the plugin:

    “Sorry, WooCommerce needs to be installed before you can activate Spocket. Back to Plugins page.”

    WooCommerce is installed although I haven’t done a test purchase but the paypal popup opens and you can log in. At the moment I only ship within Belgium. Is that the reason? Then just tell me for which other countries I have to enable shipping to make the Spocket work.
