Woocommerce shipping methods not showing in frontend

The shipping methods was showing correctly til june 29 th 2022.After that it is not showing up in checkout page. There is flat rate and free shipping methods.

I understand that your shipping was working until recently. You should be seeing a flat rate and free methods, but you no longer do.
With that in mind, have you made any recent changes to your site just before the issue came up? It could be a configuration change in your shipping, updating your theme or plugins, or adding a new plugin?

Though this would certainly not be the cause of the issue, could you check for any conflict with your theme or with another plugin.

The best way to determine this is to:- Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
- Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
- Repeat the action that is causing the problem
If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

WC Database Version: 6.0.1Just to add to what Daniel has said, in addition to updating your WooCommerce core version, please ensure you also update your WooCommerce Database to match the core version in order to obtain optimal functionality.
This can be done by navigating to?WooCommerce?>?Status?>?Tools?>?Update database.

The problem is $packages = WC()->shipping()->get_packages(); not returning any value.why so?

If it was returning previously, and then suddenly stopped, then it is likely a conflict. It could very well be from “Shipping and Payment Rules and Conditions for WooCommerce: by WPRuby – 1.0.8” if you are using that to conditionally show/hide the current methods.
To give us a better understanding of what your setup looks like, could you please share some screenshots of your current shipping zone configurations? If possible, also show the site URL.
Otherwise, please do work through a full conflict test as previously recommended, and do let us know the outcome.

Thanks for sending that screenshot. I can now see the issue exhibits with your “India” zone. What does your flat rate settings look like? Also, what conditions did you set for the free shipping?
Furthermore, do you have any zones alongside India? If so, what regions do they cover and how many, if any, is above the India zone? Could you send a screenshot of your overall zones?

Thanks for sending those. I can confirm your shipping zone configuration is correct, and should provide a 50 flat rate, or free shipping when the 498 condition is met, all across India.
Since that isn’t happening, and if you haven’t added any custom code to your site that may interfere with
WC()->shipping()->get_packages()the chances of it being due to a conflict is very high. I know you have already disabled “Shipping and Payment Rules and Conditions for WooCommerce: by WPRuby” to see if that makes a difference, but at this point, I would recommend you do a full conflict test, following the steps shared earlier.Please do let us know how that goes.
