    before everything worked fine.
    Yesterday i changed the price of one of the shipping methodes for France.
    The price didn’t change and now you can’t order Choosing france anymore.

    Shipping methode not available when you choose Fr.
    Anyhelp. Or suggestions?

    By any chance did you tried changing your theme to Storefront in order to see if the issue isn’t caused by your current theme?

    The site seems to be back online. I tried placing an order and indeed it doesn’t show shipping options for France.

    As suggested by @gabrielfuentes, kindly try switching themes to see if it was caused by your theme.

    Additionally, kindly share with us a screenshot of your shipping zone for France.

    True,
    They moved the servers to another datacenter, thats why it was down:)
    I am using storefront. I use it on purpose to avoid third party conflict as much as possible.

    When you try to reach te website the server was in the back of a truck in Amsterdam.
    It is online now again.
    Btw germany has the same problem.
    German i added a specific zone.
    Problems seem to ocure after saving andy random change. The saving of both changes gave error.” Could not save changes” – the wheel kept spinning etc.

    Thanks for sharing these details.

    It is plausible that there’s some plugin/theme conflict affecting the shipping zones.

    I would recommend doing the full conflict test to see whether you can identify the culprit.

    Here’s the process:

    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

    If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

    Already did the conflict test, see previous post.
    The error still ocures.
    And i rather not reproduce the problem on belgium or netherlands because then i will loose all income.
    First i will try a rollback I guess.
    Or maybe i will ad another ” test country” i will get back at this.

    In the staging envirement where a copy from few weeks ago or so is, you csn see the same kinda error ocure.
    I changed de pricing of france, but nothing changed in the checkout.
    This time french is still working though.

    Just checking, has the issue persisted since then? If it has, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    We solved the issue by turning of the ” overall / everywhere zone”.
    Not sure whats it is called in english.
    It seemed to overwrite these two countries en caused the issue.
    .
