Woocommerce Shipping – Exclude certain cities

At WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Shipping zones > [Your Shipping Zone] screen, under the Zone regions, click the Limit to specific zip/postcodes link then enter the zip codes that you allow to choose free shipping.

I have already set USA as the main one for free shipping now I want to exclude Hawaii from it how should I do that? it will be too long to enter all other zip code. is there a way to exclude thats my question?

Hello. Thank you for all answers were quite helpfull. I set zipcode ranges and it worked like a charm. How can i now filter some product to quilify for free shipping and some not?

You could use a combination of Shipping Classes (https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/product-shipping-classes/) and Flat Rate Shipping (https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/flat-rate-shipping/) to set up some products with free shipping, and others with a flat rate set.
