Woocommerce Shipping Destination Won’t Change in Cart Totals

    Hey there,
    Problem: The Shipping Estimate for is always set to Alberta, Canada in the Cart page, under Cart Totals. It doesn’t make any difference where one chooses to ship to; whether another province or any state within the United States. The Estimate is always for Alberta, Canada.

    What have I tried?
    1. I have rearranged the hierarchy of different zone names.
    2. Have deleted any reference to Alberta in Shipping regions.
    By the way, I can email the most recent screen capture of the various zone names and regions in the Woocommerce/Shipping/Shipping zones.

    I appreciate your insight and guidance. Status Report Below

    Problem: The Shipping Estimate for is always set to Alberta, Canada in the Cart page, under Cart Totals.

    Looking at your cart page (https://www.hammerheadsqueegee.com/home/shop-professional-squeegee/cart/) I didn’t see any shipping listed. Did you remove the shipping estimate calculator from this page?

    Additionally, when I tried 2 different addresses in the checkout (Toronto, Ontario Canada and LA, California, US) two different Flat Rates were calculated. Are you still experiencing the issue or has it been since resolved?

    When you test, are you using an Incognito window as a logged out customer?

    Hi Amanda,
    Yes, I removed the code for that. I hadn’t heard from anyone regarding the problem, and I had to do something.?

    I discovered, via other troubleshooting searches, that a number of others experienced a similar problem with that part of Shipping after updating the Woocommerce plugin.

    Please disregard the Flat Rate discrepancy. I should be able to resolve that.
