WooCommerce "Ship to Billing Address" form not working

  • First, the “Ship to billing address?” checkbox is checked on default when going to the Checkout page. Which is fine.

    When de-selecting “Ship to billing address?” checkbox, it should show the shipping address form for the user to fill out the fields there. However, nothing happens or shows. Take a look at this image for example: https://oi60.tinypic.com/w9fvkn.jpg

    Also, something odd happens before the page is fully loaded: the expanded form can be seen extended down. Example: https://oi59.tinypic.com/29ut5if.jpg
    Though when the page loads fully it closes and can not be expanded when clicking the checkbox.

    I’ve seen the thread here with similar issue, so am starting to think it has something to do with the Javascript for those page templates. As far as I know though, those were not modified before.

    So hopefully can get some assistance. Please ??

    Note: this Website is using Barberry theme and WooCommerce 2.1.12.

  • It looks like you are using Barberry version 1.2 but the current version is 1.6 so consider updating. Hopefully one of the bug fixes will fix this problem.

    Thanks for the reply. Will try that. Wondered if it could be something else though.
