woocommerce setup wizard stuck on country select

Hi there,
It’s really frustrated to set up WooCommerce store on my website. It gets problem in fetching the list of countries.
The error is
Oops! We encountered a problem while fetching the list of countries to choose from.?Please try again?or?skip this step
It also cannot fetch the list of coutries when I skip the setup and it just stuck at without going further
How to fix that?
