WooCommerce Setup Problem

    Hello,

    So just installed WooCommerce and while starting the 6 step setup process I fill in my shop address details and click “Continue”.

    Then I get a popup saying “Get improved features and faster fixes by sharing non-sensitive data via usage tracking that shows us how WooCommerce is used. No personal data is tracked or stored.”.

    When I click on either Yes or No, nothing happens, the popup just stays up now with some kind of loading effect over the buttons.

    This has been going on for almost an hour and I also tried to do the setup in another browser but only got the same result.

    How could I get past this popup?

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi @kingbeven,

    As a first step, try opening a new browser tab and then copy-paste the URL of that page then try carrying on with the setup wizard to see if the issue persists.

    If the issue persists on the new tab, kindly use your browser’s inspect tool and check for any errors on the console. If you find any, kindly share them with us.
