    Please I sent a ticket almost a week ago I know you have backlog, but I need help quickly
    in my cart and checkout I cannot get shipping it comes back saying no shipping method available I would appreciate hearing back from you please

    Phil I looked at my account and I do not see it either, perhaps I did not submit it correctly I am sorry what information do you need. I do not see the secure area on this to send you my log in information
