    Hi there,

I have Jetpack 5.6.1 and Woocommerce 3.2.6 and Woocommerce Services 1.9.1 installed but can’t get USPS shipping to show up under “Shop -> Settings -> Shipping”.
Jetpack is connected with WordPress.com. The status report does state that Woocommerce Services had not been tested with the latest version of Woocommerce. Could this be the problem? I was using a stamps.com plugin but that is deactivated and I’m now using Shipping Easy. Please advise?

    Hello @nella1980,

WooCommerce Services has been tested with WooCommerce 3.2.6, but we’ve missed updating the plugin header to reflect that. Nice catch! We’ll get that updated for the next release. ??

I was using a stamps.com plugin but that is deactivated and I’m now using Shipping Easy.

WooCommerce Services shouldn’t have any compatibility issues with Stamps.com or Shipping Easy, but for testing purposes it can be helpful to deactivate plugins to see if there is actually a conflict.

    Please advise

If you aren’t seeing “USPS (WooCommerce Services)” in the list of available shipping methods, your store might be having a problem communicating with our service, or perhaps you aren’t using a currency we support.

    Is your store using USD?

There is also a status screen that can help shed light on potential problems. Just navigate to WooCommerce > Status > WooCommerce Services.

    Hi @jeffstieler,

The store currency is USD. Jetpack is also connected to WordPress.com.
When I check WooCommerce > Status > WooCommerce Services the tab is not there but the plugin is installed and activated. I can’t imagine what’s causing this.

If you installed WooCommerce Services outside of the WooCommerce setup wizard, there is a prompt for you to connect your store.

Do you see a banner like this on the WooCommerce > Settings page?

    Hi @jeffstieler,

    No such banner there either…

My apologies for the trouble you’re experiencing setting up WooCommerce Services.

I think we’ll need more information in order to diagnose – do you mind creating a ticket (https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/) and selecting Free Extensions > WooCommerce Services Extension ?

Our ticket system is a secure place to discuss more details of your store.

Please make sure to mention me (@jeffstieler) in the ticket. ??

    Thanks!

Same issue with me, I initially saw the screen notice “connect your store to activate woocommerce services”, but I can no longer see it. is there any way to pop this notice again?

@suffrage, if you no longer see it, it means that Services is most likely already connected to Jetpack. If you didn’t click on Connect in the first place, then there’s indeed an issue.

To have that notice again, you’d have to disconnect Jetpack in Jetpack > Dashboard, then turn on Services, or if Services is already on, refresh the page and the notice will appear.

If you still have issues with it, please start a new thread, or send a ticket to https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/ .

    Thanks,
