    Hello!
I have a problem with the woocommerce plugin and more specifically with notifications with it.
Divisions are sent correctly and quickly, e.g. with high stock levels or no products in stock. However, despite adding the same e-mail address to send notification of a new order or canceled e-mails do not reach me. There is no split in the box with the new order. Checked on gmail, wp, onet mailboxes. I don’t know what to touch anymore because, for example, WP Mail Logging Log in plugin does not show that any e-mail came in for new orders, but it appeared that an e-mail came out about the situation – and this is true. So what blocks the sending of notifications like the same plugin or woocommerce.

High status notification settings – these are exiting

Notification settings, e.g. about a new order – these do not come out

I also added the WP SMTP mail plugin to send SMTP emails but nothing changed.

    Hi there,

Sorry about the wait on this! WP Mail Logging just shows if the email is being generated by WooCommerce, as WooCommerce does not have an inherent email system – it just pings the WP_Mail function of WordPress; this is what WP Mail Log shows.

If it is showing the email in WP Mail, but there are no errors with the email at all in WP Mail, then you will need to reach out to your Host to have them check further into this. The reasoning behind this is usually the Host is who allows the email to send out.

If WP Mail Log is not showing an email generated at all then there may be a conflict with a plugin or the theme, as it might be preventing the execution of the email going out. You can read more about plugin and theme conflicts here:

The best way to determine if the issue is being caused by a theme and/or plugin is to do the following:

    1. Temporarily switch your theme back to the Storefront or Twenty Nineteen Theme.
    2. Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce.
    3. Test to see if the issue has been resolved.

If that resolves the issue, then one-by-one you can switch back your theme and re-enable your plugins, testing in between, until you find the one causing the conflict.

We do recommend a staging site for these tests so that your Live site is unaffected. A staging site is a clone or copy of the Live site, used for testing. You can reach out to your Host if you need to have a staging site set up, as they usually can assist you with this.

Let us know if you are still having the issue, and the results of the testing!
