WooCommerce: Selling product physically in store.

Hey forum,
How do i sell a product physically in my store with the customer right beside me? I need to do it through WordPress/WooCommerce to get a receipt for the customer, to update the stock and to keep track of how many products i sell.

Should i simply just create a new order like the customer would have done if they bought it from the webshop at home? But i don’t want to ask the customer for his name and adresse.

Any help is welcome.
