    Hello,

    I have the following settings in place for my WooCommerce store:
    – Selling location(s) > Sell to specific countries
    – Sell to specific countries > Croatia
    – Shipping location(s) > Ship to specific countries only
    – Ship to specific countries > Croatia

    How is it possible (based on the settings above) I received the order from The Netherlands? Can you please assist? Thank you in advance.

    You can just add the Netherlands to all these settings. ??

    – Selling location(s) > Sell to specific countries

    You entirely misunderstood what I want, so here it is: I’ve set up my store to sell and ship to only, and only Croatia (no other countries allowed). So again, how is it possible I received the order from the Netherlands if I only allowed selling/shipping to Croatia?

    My apologies for the misunderstanding, I didn’t think that would be the case as the country field was locked on your checkout page.

    Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response. A screenshot of that order’s notes would be helpful as well, but please delete any sensitive information before posting it here. You can use a service like Snipboard.

    Also, I noticed you have a county field which can easily be mixed up with the country. Could it be the customer just added the Netherlands as a county or was it in country/region?
