WooCommerce Secured Network Checkout timing out

Hello,
I have a shopping cart that was not secured(virlaog.com. I went into the settings and checked Force Secure Checkout. It automatically checked Un-force HTTPS when leaving the checkout so I left it checked.

When I went to the check out it was not showing https and it was timing out when i went from my cart to my checkout.

I went in and unchecked the un-force. I went to the cart and clicked on checkout I can at least see the https now, but it is still timing out.

Is there something that I am missing?
