I don’t know if there is a ready-made plugin for this. It is certainly possible with custom code but I do not know what your experience is in this?

I would make a plugin for this with select boxes with the necessary options and a submit button to search. To display the search box on the website, I would work with a short code that I can then use in my header template.

I think you may be looking for more of a product filter for the shop page. There are a bunch of 3rd party plugins which can do custom product filters.
