Woocommerce Scheduled Actions Failed

    Hi Support

    Under Woocommerce>Status>Scheduled Actions, I am getting the following error. I am suspecting that an automated email has failed to sent. Do you know what the problem is? There are also a bunch of failed scheduled actions that looks the same as this one from shopmagic so I will only provide one example. I also changed the recipient’s email address for security issues.

    Thank you for reaching out. It is not a bug, it’s a feature ??

    All is explained in the last line of your code:

    3) 2022-08-03 11:36:50 +0000 action failed via WP Cron: Order linked to Event has changed status again and is no longer consistent with this event

    Which means that you have an automation for order status A, which was queued. However, as order status changed from A to B, ShopMagic cannot send email anymore. Thus, it receives Failed status.

    so I have automations made and looks like they are right but I get calls asking if orders have shipped. they are not getting emails and this is off my page I need help!
