Woocommerce scalability/total number of products

Hi all, newbie here (so please bear with me!)
I’m using blanco theme with woocommerce installed.

I’m trying to build a ‘superstore’ of thousands of different products from around the net. No transactions happen on my site- every product/image is a click-through to an external site (using affiliate marketing). So my site is basically just a ton of images that click through to external sites, but set out like a traditional eccommerce store.

My question is- is my current set-up scalable in this way? Will it be able to cope with this many products? (I’ve heard something about woocommerce having a maximum of 30,000 products). is there anything else I should consider? I just don’t want to go live and then find something goes wrong!
