• I am using the Tickera plugin to sell event tickets using the Tickera WooCommerce Bridge. I am using the MyCryptoCheckout plugin as a paygate to accept crypto.

WooCommerce says “no payment method available” when you go to checkout despite MCC showing enabled as a payment method and there is a wallet configured for XRP in MCC. There are no other payment methods configured because my client only wants to accept XRP for payment.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Are you perhaps using a fancy Gutenberg block on the checkout page?

No. It actually started working on its own, but when you click “place order” it takes you to the checkout screen. We are using an Uphold wallet with XRP and the “Open in Wallet” button doesn’t do anything and the QR code doesn’t do anything either. Every time I try to complete a payment, I get this email even though every time I use the test communication tool it says “Success! test_communication sent to https://silverfox.social/”:

    “Dear admin!

MyCryptoCheckout was recently unable to contact the API server in order to retrieve a payment ID. The plugin will continue to attempt to contact the API. The gateway will be unable to process payments until it has re-established a connection.

Please log in and try refreshing your MyCryptoCheckout account settings.”
